1. Nature of Delivery
Sparse Systems Private Limited delivers services and digital goods. No physical shipment is involved in our standard engagements; nothing will arrive by courier, and no shipping charges apply.
2. How Deliverables Are Handed Over
Depending on the engagement, delivery happens through one or more of:
- Source code pushed to a Git repository you control (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
- Deployment to your cloud account or servers, with credentials handed to your team.
- Design assets and documents shared via secure download links.
- Live product URLs for websites and portals.
3. Delivery Timelines
Timelines are stated in your quotation and tracked milestone-by-milestone. We work in weekly, demoable increments, so you see progress continuously rather than waiting for a final reveal. If a timeline moves — from our side or due to pending inputs — you hear about it in that week’s update, not after the deadline.
4. Acceptance
Each milestone includes a review window (typically 5 working days) for you to test against the written acceptance criteria. Issues you report in the window are fixed as part of the milestone. If we hear nothing by the end of the window, the milestone is deemed accepted so the project can keep moving.
5. Instant Digital Deliveries
Where you purchase a ready product, license or hosting service from us, access details are emailed within 24 hours of payment confirmation on working days.
6. Post-Delivery Support
